The Heidi & Gigi trail can be started in Arosa as well as Lenzerheide. At the latest since the inauguration of the aerial tramway Urdenbahn, LenzerHeidi and Gigi of Arosa go hand-in-hand. And every now and then they also visit each other by foot and enjoy the beautiful view from the peaks and have a drink or two at the various restaurants along the way. Follow the connecting trail and fall in love the unique panorama of Heidi and Gigi.

Ein Besuch in der Hörnlihütte lohnt sich auch im Sommer.

Start in Arosa: Starting point of the hike is the car park Prätschli. The ascent to the Hörnli peak is constantly uphill. There is the option of taking the Cable car Hörnli-Express to the Hörnli peak. From the peak you have again the option to either take the Urdenbahn aerial tramway to the Urdenfürggli or walk the trail by foot. The ascent on the Lenzerheide side is quite steep and requires sturdy shoes. Afterwards, the trail leads upwards again onto Mt. Parpaner Rothorn. At the restaurant Scharmoin you may take a break before the hike continues. Take a ride in the Cable car Rothorn 2 to Schrmoin and enjoy this sun spoiled terrace before heading all the way down to Lenzerheide by foot. This last part can again be completed by cable car.

Start in Lenzerheide: Take Cable car Rothon 1 and 2 to Mt. Parpaner Rothorn. Start from there your hike over the galeries to Urdenfürggli. The trail to the Cable car station Urdenbahn is rather steep and demanding. Take the Aerial Tramway Urdenbahn or cross the valley by foot. Take a break at the Hörnlihut or along the way at the Carmennahut or restaurant Brüggerstuba and treat yourself to some energizing snack.
