Tschiertschen - Farur - Parpaner Schwarzhorn (06)

From the village center (1343 m.a.s.l.M) the path runs in the direction of Tschiertschner Oberdorf, where you turn right onto the beautiful path track, which leads through light lark forests to "Furgglis". Shortly above the "Bergrestaurant Furgglis" you turn right into the old Farur-Alpweg, which leads to the Alp «Farur» (1940 m above sea level.M). Moderately ascending you now hike under the walls of the "Alpstein" and the rock heads of the Tschinglagrat through the Farurtal to the small shepherd's hut in the "Obersäss" (2204 m above sea level.M). Here you turn left and the large terrain hollow west of the summit and the southwest shoulder of the Schwarzhorn. Over this, the trail now winds into the hollow and the saddle south of the summit and from there in a short ascent over the south ridge to the "Parpaner Schwarzhorn" (2683 m above sea level.M). A magnificent panoramic view in all directions rewards for the long ascent!

The descent to Tschiertschen can be made the shortest via the described ascent route. For persistent and experienced hikers, however, the connection of the descent with the high-altitude hike over the "Öfen" and the "Stelli" with subsequent descent through the "Tälli" is particularly recommended!
