Webinarreihe zum Kirchgemeindegesetz: Folge2: Ressortbildung

The webinar shows which departments are required by the Church Congregation Act in KGG Art. 66 and how the distribution of these departments can be tackled and the model department descriptions can be used.
It will be presented how those responsible for departments can be supported in an even more targeted manner in the future if this is desired – for example, with targeted exchange between department managers, short training courses and advice up to tailor-made dispatches.

The webinar is aimed at those responsible in the parishes: members of the parish board, pastors, social deacons, administrative management.
