Let's start the day together with an energizing Vinyasa Flow surrounded by art.

Experienced yoga teacher Sandra Hohl will lead the class. Beginners and advanced students are welcome.

Bring your own: If you have your own mat, please bring it. If not, please mention it when you register.

You can use the showers on the floor of our neighbors, the Bogentrakt Hostel. You can either bring your own shower towel and shampoo or rent them on site for 3.50.

The artist and experienced art educator Remo Albert Alig will guide you through the current exhibition interactively. Participants have the opportunity to become active themselves and to approach art and exhibition on a different level.

With "Acumulation II", Evelina Cajacob's first sold work found its way into the collection of Duri and Clara Capaul - the beginning of a long-standing relationship. The exhibition combines works from the Capauliana with early and more recent works by the artist and provides an impressive insight into her multi-layered oeuvre. With depth and subtle sensitivity, Cajacob creates objects between movement, condensation and repetition - permeated by the organic and the fund of her origins.

The fencing club KTV Chur cordially invites you to the 15th edition of the Chur Epee Marathon. From beginners to world champions, we welcome everyone to this fun tournament. We also warmly welcome curious viewers. The tournament begins with an official roll call before the first battles are opened. Everyone fights against everyone. At the end of the day, all points are added up and the winners are celebrated. In addition to many exciting battles, there is always room for interesting conversations and many instructive experiences. A cozy barbecue should lead the fun tournament to a successful conclusion.

«solar storm»: soundtrack to the post-doomsday hangover

Happy For Real are back. Shaking off the lethargy of her first work "Desperate Art",

Olivia Virgolin and Marcus Petendi indulge in ecstasy with their second record. 

However, the euphoria is short-lived. 

Because just like when you indulge in a frenzy to escape the gray everyday life, the harsh reality strikes twice in the form of a hangover and catapults you back to square 1. 

This is also the case with the protagonist in her new concept EP "Solar Storm". Disillusioned with society, in which she is unable to make a connection, she literally blossoms in the face of an impending natural disaster, falls into a state of intoxication, imagines alternative visions of the future and recruits disciples who do the same. 

The opening tracks «Rewire» and «I Am Different» provide the soundtrack to this initial phase of ecstasy, which with «The Climb» and the titular track «Solar Storm» in the climax of the album both in terms of content and music (hello, overlays! Hello synths! Hello strong guitar riffs!) disembogue. 

But what actually happens after the big bang? When the anticipated promises do not come true and disillusionment sets in instead? 

In the case of Happy For Real, the answer oscillates musically with the last two tracks "Copy Pasted" and "Still Here" between alpine mountain dream pop and the US West Coast. In terms of content, it can be discussed somewhere between Lars von Trier and Miranda July. 

And the listeners, where do they find themselves? Everywhere at the same time, because it can be carried with pleasure through the middle of this solar storm.

Courage to be an entrepreneur – that is the essence of the Young Business Forum. The 13th Founders Night will take place in the auditorium of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. The Founders Award and the Tech Award are presented. All companies under the age of 5 and based in Graubünden can apply for the awards.

The award ceremony will be accompanied by a varied program with inspiring keynotes, valuable networking and exciting startup presentations. All interested parties are cordially invited to be inspired by the experiences of successful entrepreneurs, to make new contacts and to immerse themselves in the lively Graubünden innovation scene.
