New programme: "Two hearts and souls"

After their first success "Oh NO, Papa!", the two venture into the trials and tribulations of the healthcare system.

A firework display of various well-known and new characters characterizes the program as well as the unique, intra-family dispute between father and daughter.

More or less correct answers to the most important questions of our health future are sought, but hardly found.

Are there healthy sick people or pathologically healthy people? Are premiums for the sick or for the health insurance companies? Can Alfonso really be a god in green-white-red?

Only those who have seen this program know that laughter is the most important tool to stay healthy.

Chiseled from the granite of the Graubünden mountains, rock-strong song creations by the Chur pop band "Stone Age Teenies" can be heard, which not only roll the rocks, but also light up every campfire.
Ted Ling (keyboards/vocals), Mario Giovanoli (bass/vocals/flute/sax) and Rico Wiget behind the drums give their all, and the warm voice of frontwoman Natalia Salamin melts away the ice age.
Mainly original compositions are performed, but also sporadically interspersed, legendary megahits of the 1968s in pop, rock, jazz and blues grooves are kept alive.
This free event for passers-by and enthusiasts has been taking place every year for a good 25 years.

We ride up to the Mittenberg in groups or individually. There we enjoy the evening together. There will be barbecues and drinks. You can go down on different paths in groups or individually.

On the journey to the Land of Colours, Clà explores a hidden path through the mountains with the "short" and "tall ones". The adventure ride and hike will lead you to the secret of the stone-eared owl. What might happen on the journey?

Suitable for children from 4 years old. For the adventure trips, weatherproof clothing appropriate to the season and good footwear are required. The following applies to all "shorts" and "long ones": don't forget your picnic!

Mikis Theodorakis will celebrate his 100th birthday in 2025. As one of the most versatile, committed and exciting personalities in the history of music, and far beyond, the Tragoudi Project is dedicated to him and his work.

Born on 29.7.1925 in Chios, Mikis Theodorakis made a name for himself as a resistance fighter at a young age. Against National Socialism, against the military dictatorship, interned and tortured in the Greek Civil War, he soon found himself back in exile in Paris, where he had already studied music. However, he did not stop being politically active and formed the "New Democracy" in the Greek parliament without any party. As a minister without his own portfolio, he vehemently campaigned against drugs and terrorism, as well as for culture and education. In addition, he always tried to promote the relationship between Greece and Turkey. It is not for nothing that it is a symbol of resistance not only for Greeks.

Under the title "Tragoudi", which is the Greek word for "song" and is said to be indicative of his compositional work, the ensemble not only dedicates itself to the greatest and best-known works, but also shows hidden treasures that particularly bring to light the complexity of Theodorakis' personality. Derived directly from "tragedy", the tragedy that surrounded him in his life and that he faced throughout his life is always present. However, there is also "tragos" in it, meaning Dionysus, the god of intoxication, of drunkenness, and such a kind of song comes from the midst of the people, holy, intoxicating, always reborn.

Mikis Theodorakis was the first to dare to set the works of great poets to music and turn them into "everyday songs, so that all Greeks can sing them, without exception, and so that they can tear themselves away from their individual fate".

Mikis Theodorakis died in Athens in 2021. The "Tragoudi" project is now honouring him on the occasion of his 100th birthday and is dedicated to his music in an understanding of its historical significance as well as its timeless topicality.

Together with other kids who love to write, you will get valuable tips at the writing camp, exchange ideas and create your own world of words. The three-day camp is for all those who like to express themselves with words. In small groups and under the guidance of an experienced author, the participants write their own stories. The focus is not on grammar or spelling, but on imagination, creativity and trust in one's own voice. Children learn how to turn an idea into a gripping story – and above all, how much fun writing can be. The writer gives creative impulses, answers questions and accompanies the children on their literary journey of discovery. Together they experience how thoughts are turned into texts that touch or make you laugh.

Who can participate?
All those who will enter the 4th to 7th grades after the summer holidays.

Fancy a relaxed after-work tour on a racing bike or gravel bike, a dip in the lake and a joint aperitif in Chur? Then join us on our Wednesday round on 13.8.2025, at 18.00! We take a leisurely tour towards Malans – tar or gravel depending on your mood – and treat ourselves to a refreshing swimming break in Lake Trimmis on the way. Afterwards we go along the Rhine back to Chur, where we end the evening with an aperitif.

What to bring: swimwear (if you like), light (optional) and good mood 😊

Program
We meet at the bus stop 'Chur, Obere Au P+R'. It is not uphill, but only straight ahead to the ponds, where we make our way together behind the Canadian goldenrods, the ragweed and other neophytes.

For four days, the classrooms on the university campus will be transformed into exciting workshops. Pupils in grades 3 to 9 program LEGO robots, implement their own projects and immerse themselves in the world of digital technologies. The camps are led by the Chair of Mathematics Didactics at the PH Graubünden. With the i-CAMPs, the university wants to inspire children and young people for future technologies in a way that is discoverable and practical. It also specifically addresses children and young people who have had little or no experience with robotics or are still afraid of contact. The holiday programme promotes the joy of logical thinking, teamwork and the courage to implement one's own ideas.
