Summer - now nature is at its highest. The warm summer temperatures offer an abundance of plants that are in full bloom or spreading their leaves in the sun. We discover well-known, but also lesser-known herbs that thrive at this time of year. They possess a variety of healing and supportive powers that appeal to both the body and the mind. They are particularly valuable and tasty because they develop their full power in the warm season and are often fresher and more intense in their effect.

On the way from Bonaduz - over the new Hinterrheinsteg - to Reichenau-Tamins, we roam through meadows and forests where aromatic summer herbs can be found. On the way, of course, we take a break and treat ourselves to a herbal snack. In addition, we make a simple herbal product together that you can take home.

In 2025, the Bündner Kunstverein celebrates a special anniversary: 125 years of passion for the visual arts in Graubünden! Since 1900, we have been promoting art in Graubünden, enriching cultural life and promoting artistic exchange. The anniversary celebration on 28 June 2025 marks the highlight of our anniversary year and invites all art and culture enthusiasts to celebrate 125 years of Bündner Kunstverein together. Until now, asylum seekers and foreigners living in Graubünden have lacked an opportunity to practise cycling in a safe and supervised environment. An open bike meeting will now be offered in Chur's Stadtbaumgarten on four mornings as a simple educational offer and an opportunity for exchange

In Switzerland, 144,000 people live with dementia. Dealing with this disease is a major challenge for everyone: relatives, caregivers and visitors. Dementia requires a lot of empathy, understanding and tolerance.

The course provides basic knowledge about different forms of dementia and their effects on everyday life. Using case studies from practice, the participants practice dealing with particularly challenging situations. In "Validation", they learn about a method that enables access to people affected by dementia, confused and mostly elderly.

For the latest exhibition, the Cantonal Hospital of the Grisons has invited the glass artist Hubert Crevoisier to set up his studio in the hospital for a few days a year. Crevoisier, a magician of light, uses his art of coloured glass to create spaces where he invites patients and staff for an hour "on prescription". And that is to look over the artist's shoulder, to talk or remain silent, to collaborate on his own sculpture or the joint work, so that mind and emotions open up when words no longer know what to do.
