Let's start the day together with an energizing Vinyasa Flow surrounded by art.

Experienced yoga teacher Sandra Hohl will lead the class. Beginners and advanced students are welcome.

Bring your own: If you have your own mat, please bring it. If not, please mention it when you register.

You can use the showers on the floor of our neighbors, the Bogentrakt Hostel. You can either bring your own shower towel and shampoo or rent them on site for 3.50.

The fencing club KTV Chur cordially invites you to the 15th edition of the Chur Epee Marathon. From beginners to world champions, we welcome everyone to this fun tournament. We also warmly welcome curious viewers. The tournament begins with an official roll call before the first battles are opened. Everyone fights against everyone. At the end of the day, all points are added up and the winners are celebrated. In addition to many exciting battles, there is always room for interesting conversations and many instructive experiences. A cozy barbecue should lead the fun tournament to a successful conclusion.

If you don't want to fencing yourself, you are of course also welcome as a spectator. For interested persons, the tournament offers an ideal opportunity to get a first impression of fencing.

Courage to be an entrepreneur – that is the essence of the Young Business Forum. The 13th Founders Night will take place in the auditorium of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. The Founders Award and the Tech Award are presented. All companies under the age of 5 and based in Graubünden can apply for the awards.

The award ceremony will be accompanied by a varied program with inspiring keynotes, valuable networking and exciting startup presentations. All interested parties are cordially invited to be inspired by the experiences of successful entrepreneurs, to make new contacts and to immerse themselves in the lively Graubünden innovation scene.

Around 2000 people originally from the Philippines live in Graubünden. They have found a new home here and are now "panahanan sa Graubünden" – at home in Graubünden.

In the Rhaetian Museum, the Balikatan Centre presents facets of Philippine culture, sensitively reports on what it feels like to leave home to find a new home in a distant culture and what challenges have to be mastered. The exhibition tells the stories of the Filipinas and gives them a face, invites visitors to deal with their own culture and origins and shows the richness that can arise when two cultures approach each other openly and shape their common coexistence.
